  • Contract Validity: The contract becomes effective only when LinkinLight confirms and processes your order.

  • Usage Restrictions: Purchased products are strictly for personal or household use only. Resale or commercial use is prohibited.


III. Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Period: All products come with a 12-month full warranty, except:

    • Batteries & Light Sources: Excluded from the 12-month warranty. Batteries require separate purchase or a customer service request.

    • Consumables: Parts requiring regular replacement (e.g., batteries) are not covered.

  • Services Included:

    • Free replacement of defective parts during the warranty period (subject to non-human damage confirmation).

    • All products undergo 100% functional testing and are shipped in anti-shock packaging.

2. Exclusions (Non-Covered Cases)

The warranty does NOT cover the following:

  1. Improper Use

    • Including non-standard environments (e.g., extreme temperatures), abnormal usage (e.g., overloading), or failure to follow user manuals.

  2. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

    • Any disassembly, repair, modification, or firmware updates by unauthorized third parties.

  3. Shipping Damage

    • Damage caused during transit (e.g., impacts, compression). Clear photos/videos of damaged packaging and products must be provided.

  4. Third-Party Accessories

    • Malfunctions caused by non-original accessories (e.g., incompatible power adapters).

  5. Consumables & Normal Wear

    • Battery depletion, surface coating wear, or mechanical part degradation.

  6. Force Majeure

    • Lightning strikes, voltage fluctuations, fires, floods, earthquakes, or accidents.

  7. Physical Damage

    • Drops, crushing, liquid ingress, or other human-induced damage.

  8. Tampered Warranty Labels

    • Removal, defacement, or alteration of product serial numbers or warranty seals.

  9. Power Issues

    • Damage due to power surges, faulty wiring, or unstable electricity.

  10. Software/Firmware Issues

3. Paid Repair Terms

  • Non-Returnable Items:
